Order process details: Our company secured cooperation with China Railway 16th Bureau Group through project bidding, undertaking the supply task of municipal paving materials for Section 1 of Taiping Avenue (S118) Construction Project. As a standard municipal road project, the tender sets strict requirements for paving materials in terms of strength, anti-slip performance, water permeability, weather resistance and batch-to-batch appearance consistency. The materials shall endure long-term outdoor vehicle and pedestrian traffic as well as rainy conditions, and satisfy the drainage requirements for sponge-city construction.

The project features a tight construction schedule, large on-site paving area and multiple material delivery batches. Supported by our stable production system and rigorous three-level quality control system, we strictly control product color tone, dimensional accuracy and physical properties to ensure zero color difference and consistent quality for mass-volume deliveries. In response to the site’s phased bulk material demand, we flexibly adjusted production capacity and completed on-time phased deliveries to well match on-site construction progress.

After goods delivery, we continued to provide guidance on paving techniques and post-construction maintenance, assisting the contractor with standardized construction to achieve flat pavement and qualified water-permeable performance.
